Job summary

Tekskills Inc. in Delhi is seeking an Oracle HCM Redwood UI Architect with 8+ years of techno-functional consulting experience to design responsive UI within Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM using Redwood Framework.

You will provide technical solutions aligned with business requirements. Responsibilities include applying Redwood Design System principles, building Redwood-based applications with VB Studio and Visual Builder Studio, and configuring core HCM modules such as Core HR, Performance,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant.
• Experience in HCM modules: Core HR, Performance and Recruitment, Compensation, Learning Management.
• Experience designing and developing Responsive UI using Oracle Redwood Framework within Fusion Cloud HCM.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Redwood Design System principles and best practices.
• Experience using Oracle VB Studio to develop Redwood-based applications.
• Experience building, customizing, and deploying applications within VB Studio.
• Proficiency with Oracle Visual Builder Studio for application development.

Responsibilities

• Role & responsibilities: leverage Redwood UI to design responsive interfaces within Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
• Architect and implement techno-functional solutions aligned to business requirements.
• Collaborate on design system usage and best practices for UI components.
• Develop and customize Redwood-based applications using VB Studio and Visual Builder Studio.
• Integrate with Core HR, Performance, Recruitment, Compensation, and Learning modules.
