Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India is seeking an Oracle Cloud HCM Senior Technical Specialist to lead technical ownership of Oracle Cloud HCM within ERP.

You will plan assessments, prepare design proposals reflecting cost and timelines, and direct solutions to support business needs. The role requires 6-8 years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM implementations or support, deep knowledge of OTBI, BIP, HCM Extract, and Fast Formulas, and familiarity with Oracle Cloud ERP.

Qualifications

• Advanced understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM and HR processes in organizations.

Position Overview

• NTT DATA is currently looking for an Oracle Cloud HCM Senior Technical Specialist to:
• Act as the technical owner Oracle Cloud HCM in an ERP system
• Plan and direct product selection assessments involving Oracle Cloud HCM, prepare design proposals to reflect cost, time and alternative actions to support current and future business needs
• Can recommend and make decisions materially impacting the success of project outcomes.
• Should have minimum 2 years of experiencce in Oracle FDI.
• Contributes to developing assets, accelerators, offerings and differentiators in the HCM space.
• Should have experience in Redwood UI migration and Agentic AI.

Job Description

• 6-8 years of relevant experience with implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM
• Advanced understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM overall solution and the high-level Human Resource business processes and their function in an organization
• Advanced technical knowledge of one or more components
• Reporting & Extracts : OTBI, BIP, HCM Extract & Fast Formulas
• Basic understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP overall solution
• Participated in at least 2 or more full lifecycle implementation projects as technical owner
• Develop and/or fine tune estimating models and methodologies
• Able to communicate solutions to more junior consultants.
• Architect solutions and develop proof of concepts for demonstration to clients and prospects.
• Expert technical knowledge of multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Global HR, Benefits, Absence, Compensation, Time & Labor, Talent Management, Recruiting, Learning or Payroll)
