Job summary

Alignity Solutions is seeking an Oracle ERP/RMC Security – Senior Consultant to join a hybrid role on a long-term project. You will manage security in Oracle Cloud ERP, focusing on FSCM/HCM modules, access controls, and risk management across RMC.

Strong experience with security design and runbooks is essential. Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in ERP security, hands-on with Oracle Cloud Console, HDL, and SOD analysis, and a track record in SOX readiness and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years supporting Oracle Cloud ERP security in operate/production support model.
• Deep expertise in FSCM and HCM modules including basic knowledge on security assessments, security design.
• Hands-on experience in the Oracle Cloud Security Console: operating and maintaining custom roles and performing ongoing user access administration.
• Experience operating and maintaining data roles, custom security profiles, AOR assignments, HDL activities.
• Hands-on experience in quarterly update impact analysis, regression support, periodic user access reviews/audits, SOD analysis, and mitigation support.
• Experience securing Oracle BI / OTBI artifacts (reports, data models, subject areas, analyses) and supporting authorization changes.
• Experience working in a ticket-based operate model with SLAs and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Proven ability to run and sustain controls including SOX readiness/audits and Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC).
• Strong written/verbal communication, ability to produce runbooks/SOPs, and project management skills.

Requirements

Must Have Skills/ProjectExperience/Certifications:

• 5–7 yearssupporting Oracle Cloud ERP security in an operate / production supportmodel, with deep expertise in FSCM and HCM modules including basicknowledge on security assessments, security design.
• Demonstratedunderstanding of end-to-end business process flows, cloud security risk,Oracle application security, and risk management cloud within day-to-dayoperations.
• Hands-onexperience in the Oracle Cloud Security Console: operating and maintainingcustom roles and performing ongoing user access administration (add/modifyusers, add/remove roles, assign data security context, manage profiles,etc.).
• Experienceoperating and maintaining data roles, custom security profiles, Area ofResponsibility (AOR) assignments, HCM Data Loader (HDL) activities.
• Hands-onexperience in Quarterly update impact analysis, regression support, Periodicuser access reviews/audits, Segregation of Duties (SOD) analysis, andmitigation support.
• Experiencesecuring Oracle BI / OTBI artifacts (reports, data models, subject areas,analyses) and supporting ongoing authorization changes.
• Experienceworking in a ticket-based operate model with SLAs (intake, triage,incident/problem management, root-cause analysis, and recurring issuereduction) and coordinating with development, functional, business, andinformation security/risk stakeholders.
• Proven abilityto run and sustain controls: identify key risks and controls, support SOXreadiness/audits, optimize controls, and help operate controls withinOracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC)
• Strongwritten/verbal communication, ability to produce clear runbooks/SOPs, andstrong organization/project management skills (planning access releases,coordinating approvals, managing cutovers for security changes).

Good to Have Skills / Experience /Certifications

• Experience withOracle GRC / RMC design or operations across Advanced Access Controls(AAC), Advanced Financial Controls (AFC), and Financial ReportingCompliance (FRC).
• Implementationexperience preferred to enable effective run + enhancement support
• Broader OracleCloud exposure across ERP/HCM modules (helpful for faster troubleshootingand process-aware security support).
• Priorconsulting experience (including Big 4) preferred.
• Automationexperience (e.g., scripting or tooling) to streamline recurring operatetasks (e.g., access review evidence, role audit extracts, regressionsupport).
• Troubleshooting/analysisskills using PL/SQL (read/diagnose, validate results) for issueinvestigation and support.
