Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India seeks an Oracle HCM Functional - Senior Associate to analyze client requirements, implement HCM solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle HCM applications. Within our Digital Core Modernisation network, you will enable clients to optimize HR processes and talent management.

You will build client connections, mentor others, and navigate complex situations, delivering high-quality Oracle HCM engagements using Oracle

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HCM consulting or related roles.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.

As an Oracle HCM Functional - Senior Associate, you will specialize in providing consulting services for Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) applications. You will analyze client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle HCM applications. Within our Digital Core Modernisation network, you will enable clients to optimize their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve their strategic objectives.

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree


• At least 5 years of experience


• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Human Resources Management, Business Administration/Management, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Management Information Systems


• At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Human Capital Management or related Oracle HCM Cloud applications

Knowledge in any two modules, Helpdesk, Talent,Compensation, Payroll and Learn
