Job summary

Capgemini in India is hiring experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultants with 5-15 years of experience in Oracle HCM implementations, support, and enhancements. You will gather requirements, configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules, prepare functional design documents and test scenarios, support data migration, UAT, go-live, and collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams.
