Version 1 seeks a mid to senior Oracle HCM Cloud consultant to join the Offshore Managed Services team. The role requires experience with Oracle Fusion Core HR and Learn modules, plus the ability to design solutions and advise clients on best practices.

You will deliver day-to-day support, training, and guidance while communicating clearly with stakeholders. Strong documentation and independent working style are essential for success in this customer‑facing role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–6 years' experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Experience on at least one HCM Cloud project as a functional expert (Fusion Core HR and Learn modules).
• Strong documentation skills and ability to guide clients on best practices in Managed Services.
• Customer focused with ability to work independently and unsupervised.

Responsibilities

We require a mid to senior level Oracle HCM Cloud consultant to join our expanding Managed Services team. The consultant must have experience of at least one HCM Cloud project as a functional expert, having previously worked with the Oracle Fusion Core HR and Learn modules.

You will come up with design solutions, offer expertise and provide guidance to our clients on best practices for the successful delivery of the chosen solution as part of an ongoing Managed Service. You should be customer focussed with strong documentation skills and able to work independently and unsupervised.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day to day application support for a variety of clients.


• Provide training and coaching for other colleagues


• Offer expert advice regarding Cloud processes, configuration options and roadmaps


• Provide functional leadership and guidance to clients regarding \"leading practices\" and the functionality of the software modules through as part of an ongoing Managed Service


• Ability to effectively work with end-users remotely

  • In depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud and Recruit (ORC) or Time and Labor (OTL)
  
  
  • Minimum 5 – 6 years' experience of Oracle HCM Cloud
  
  
  • Strong experience translating business requirements and design into functional solutions
  
  
  • Excellent spoken and written English language communication skills
  
  
  • Document solutions clearly and share knowledge freely with our Cloud community
  
  
  • Demonstrate self-initiative and ability to work independently and unsupervised
  
  
  • Display a passion for the role and a strong desire to deliver to the best of your ability
  
  
  • Knowledge of other HCM Cloud modules (HR Helpdesk and other modules)
  
  
  • ITIL process knowledge
  
  
  • Wider experience of HR processes from a business context
  
  
  • Oracle HCM Cloud certifications would be an advantage
