Job summary

Version 1 is seeking a mid to senior level Oracle HCM Cloud consultant to join our expanding Managed Services team in Bengaluru. You will design solutions, provide guidance to clients, and work independently on cloud implementations across Oracle HR modules.

Ideal candidates have 5–6 years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience, strong English communication, and a proactive approach to delivering high-quality cloud solutions.

Qualifications

• In depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud and Recruit (ORC) or Time and Labor (OTL).
• 5-6 years' experience of Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Translate business requirements and design into functional solutions.
• Excellent spoken and written English language communication skills.
• Document solutions clearly and share knowledge with our Cloud community.
• Demonstrate self-initiative and ability to work independently and unsupervised.
• Display a passion for the role and a strong desire to deliver to the best of your ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and coaching for other colleagues
• Assist in pre-sales activities via demos
• Offer expert advice regarding Cloud processes, configuration options and roadmaps

Job Description

We require a mid to senior level Oracle HCM Cloud consultant to join our expanding Managed Services team. The consultant must have experience of at least one HCM Cloud project as a functional expert, having previously worked with the Oracle Fusion Core HR and Learn modules.

You will come up with design solutions, offer expertise and provide guidance to our clients on best practices for the successful delivery of the chosen solution as part of an ongoing Managed Service. You should be customer focussed with strong documentation skills and able to work independently and unsupervised.

Desirable Skills

• Knowledge of other HCM Cloud modules (HR Helpdesk and other modules)
• ITIL process knowledge
• Wider experience of HR processes from a business context
• Oracle HCM Cloud certifications would be an advantage
