Version 1 is seeking a mid-level Oracle HCM Cloud consultant for its expanding Managed Services team in Bengaluru. The role requires experience with Oracle Fusion Core HR and Learn modules, with the ability to design solutions, guide clients, and work independently.

You will provide day-to-day client support, training, and expert advice on cloud processes, with strong documentation and remote-end-user capabilities. Excellent English communication is essential.

Formación

• In depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud including Learn.
• 3–4 years experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Strong ability translating business requirements into functional solutions.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Document solutions clearly for Cloud community.
• Ability to work independently and unsupervised.
• Knowledge of HR processes from a business context.
• ITIL process knowledge.
• Experience with other HCM Cloud modules (HR Helpdesk and others).
• Oracle HCM Cloud certifications would be an advantage.

Job Description

We require a mid-level Oracle HCM Cloud consultant to join our expanding Managed Services team. The consultant must have experience of at least one HCM Cloud project as a functional expert, having previously worked with the Oracle Fusion Core HR and Learn modules.

You will come up with design solutions, offer expertise and provide guidance to our clients on best practices for the successful delivery of the chosen solution as part of an ongoing Managed Service. You should be customer focussed with strong documentation skills and able to work independently and unsupervised.

Qualifications

• In depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud including Learn
• Minimum 3 – 4 years' experience of Oracle HCM Cloud
• Strong experience translating business requirements and design into functional solutions
• Excellent spoken and written English language communication skills
• Document solutions clearly and share knowledge freely with our Cloud community
• Demonstrate self-initiative and ability to work independently and unsupervised
• Display a passion for the role and a strong desire to deliver to the best of your ability
• Knowledge of other HCM Cloud modules (HR Helpdesk and other modules)
• ITIL process knowledge
• Wider experience of HR processes from a business context
• Oracle HCM Cloud certifications would be an advantage
