Job summary

WSP India in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh, is seeking a seasoned HR Analyst to join our Global Capability Center (GCC) supporting Oracle HCM across regions. You will maintain employee data, ensure data integrity, and provide day-to-day system support in a fast-paced, global delivery model.

• 4+ years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or HR systems.
• Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy mindset.

• Perform data reconciliations and validation checks to ensure data integrity
• Support mass data load activities, including template preparation and post-load validation
• Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles
• Identify opportunities to standardize and improve operational efficiency

You will join our Global Capability Center (GCC), supporting global HCM Operations for a multi-region organization. This role is designed to ensure consistent, high-quality support across regions to maintain the Oracle HCM platform.

As a HR Analyst, you will work closely with global HR teams to maintain system integrity, support employee data processes, and provide day-to-day system support within Oracle HCM.
