Job summary

Elfonze Technologies is seeking an experienced Oracle GTM professional to develop and maintain GTM configurations, agents, and UI layouts. You will design workflows, handle integrations with ERP and brokerage systems, and create reports and dashboards to support business processes.

The role involves data cleansing, batch Loads, technical testing, and preparing documentation while collaborating with Supply Chain and Trade Compliance teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of hands-on experience with Oracle GTM.
• Experience developing GTM configurations, agents, workflows, rules, Screen sets & UI layouts.
• Experience in developing reports and dashboards, including GTI Dashboard.
• Strong ability to document technical details and support data loads.

Responsibilities

• Develop reports, GTI Dashboard and notification templates
• Develop/Support integrations between Oracle GTM and external/internal systems (ex ERP, brokerage systems etc)

• Conduct technical testing for enhancements, integrations, and upgrades.
• Maintain technical documentation.
• Support user training, onboarding, and best practices.
• Support code migration activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Trade Compliance, etc.
