Job summary

Global Business Ser 4u is seeking an Oracle GTM Resource for a remote, contract-to-hire role. You will design and configure Oracle GTM solutions and GTM Cloud modules to support global trade processes.

You will gather requirements, translate them into specs, perform functional and integration testing, and prepare user docs. You will collaborate with offshore/onshore teams and provide training to business users.

Experience with import/export workflows and trade controls is valued.

• Experience configuring GTM Cloud modules and global trade processes.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into specs.

• Configure Trade Transactions, Trade Agreements, Trade Compliance, Screening, and Customs processes.
• Configure Trade Controls, Compliance Rules, Restrictions, and Qualifiers.
• Support import/export management and international logistics processes.
• Analyze and resolve production issues related to GTM transactions and integrations.
• Conduct functional testing, integration testing, UAT, and defect resolution.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test cases, and user documentation.
• Work with offshore/onshore teams and business users during implementation and support.
• Provide knowledge transfer and training to business and technical teams.
