Job summary

FindErnest is seeking an experienced Oracle ERP specialist to design and implement GTM integrations with Oracle EBS in Hyderabad. The role requires 8+ years of ERP experience and 3+ years in GTM, plus deep knowledge of ITAR/EAR compliance and trade screening workflows.

Responsibilities include configuring trade compliance, license management, product classification, and building interfaces between EBS and GTM, with production support and root cause analysis as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Oracle ERP experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Oracle GTM implementation experience.
• Strong expertise in Oracle EBS R12 (OM, Shipping, Purchasing, Inventory).

• Design and configure Oracle GTM modules including Trade Compliance and Trade Operations.
• Map EBS business processes (OM, WSH) to GTM processes and define rules.
• Develop integrations between Oracle EBS and GTM; troubleshoot interfaces.
• Provide root cause analysis and production support for integration failures.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure Oracle GTM modules including:
  
• Trade Compliance (Denied Party Screening, License Management, Product Classification)
  
• Trade Operations (Shipment Management, Customs Management)
  
• Compliance Rules and Controls
  
• Map EBS business processes (OM, WSH) to GTM processes.
  
• Define business rules, compliance policies, screening thresholds, and workflow configurations.
  
• Design and develop integrations between Oracle EBS and Oracle GTM.
  
• Develop and troubleshoot EBS inbound/outbound interfaces.
  
• Perform root cause analysis and production support for integration failures.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

Experience

• 8+ years of Oracle ERP experience.
  
• 3+ years of hands-on Oracle GTM implementation experience.

Functional Knowledge

• International trade compliance regulations (ITAR, EAR, OFAC, Customs processes).
  
• Denied Party Screening workflows.
