Job Description

As an Oracle SCM Functional Specialist, you will work on both offshore and onshore client engagements involving the implementation of Oracle SCM Cloud modules. You will interact with customers to understand their business processes and map them to Fusion modules such as Procurement, Order Management & Pricing, Inventory Management, Planning, PDH, Manufacturing, Costing, and other SCM Cloud Modules.

You should be an experienced consulting professional with an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, and multiple business processes or technology designs within a product or technology family. You will operate independently to deliver quality work products, perform complex duties requiring independent judgment, and implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. You will also apply Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

You will demonstrate expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements and may act as a team lead. Your role includes consulting with management, participating in business development, and developing detailed solutions for projects.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• Product or technical expertise relevant to the practice focus.
• Effective communication skills and ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Willingness to travel as needed.
• Overall 4 to 7 years of experience, with at least 2+ years in consulting, solutioning, or implementation of Oracle ERP applications.
• Expertise in at least 2 Fusion SCM modules (such as Supply/Demand/Sales & Operations Planning, Fusion Product Data Hub, Fusion Procurement, Order Management, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, Maintenance, and other SCM Cloud Modules).
• Minimum 2 end-to-end Oracle ERP implementations.
• Excellent communication and client handling skills. Willing to travel for short or long-term assignments.
• Graduation required; domain/industry experience is an advantage.
