Job summary

Jade Global is seeking an Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant in Hyderabad to lead end-to-end supply chain implementations. You will run discovery workshops, map requirements to Fusion capabilities, configure modules, manage testing cycles, and oversee data migration.

You will also define reports and integrations using OTBI, BI Publisher, and OIC/REST APIs. Strong business process skills and hands-on experience with P2P, O2C, Plan-to-Produce, and direct-ship flows are required, along with

• Experience leading Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementations.
• Ability to map business requirements to Fusion capabilities and design FDDs.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops and map end-to-end supply chain requirements to Fusion capabilities.
• Configure Fusion Cloud SCM modules across environments; manage security roles and BPM worklists.
• Oversee testing cycles (CRP1/CRP2, SIT, UAT) and data migration (FBDI) for key data.

• Provide post-go-live hypercare, feature impact analysis, and end-user training.

Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant1 Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Business Blueprinting

Lead discovery workshops to map end-to-end supply chain requirements against standard Oracle Fusion Cloud capabilities. Conduct fit-gap analyses, formulate workarounds, and author functional design documents (FDD), configuration workbooks (BR100), and business process flows (BP080). Design business processes across key cycles, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Plan-to-Produce (P2P), and Drop-Ship/Direct-Ship flows.

Module Setup & System Configuration

Configure Fusion Cloud SCM modules across Development, Test, and Production environments using Enterprise Structures and Functional Setup Manager (FSM). Manage functional security roles, approval rules (BPM Worklist), page customizations, and personalizations via Page Composer.

Implementation & Lifecycle Testing

Lead testing phases: Conference Room Pilots (CRP1/CRP2), System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Prepare test scenarios, manage defect logging and resolution, and support user readiness. Oversee data migration using File-Based Data Import (FBDI) for Item Master, Suppliers, Inventory Balances, Open Orders, and Price Lists.

Reporting, Analytics & Integration

Build functional specs for custom reports, extensions, and integrations (OIC/Rest APIs) alongside technical teams. Create custom analytics, dashboards, and operational reports using OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and BI Publisher.

Quarterly Updates & Post-Go-Live Support

Provide post-implementation hypercare, root-cause analysis, and production issue resolution. Analyze quarterly Oracle Cloud updates, assess new feature impact, and perform regression testing. Deliver end-user training, job aids, and change management support.
