Job summary

Aaxis Infotel is seeking an Oracle Fusion Cloud Consultant (SCM & Finance) to lead configuration, reporting, and automation across master data, order-to-cash, inventory, and record-to-report processes.

You will collaborate with Finance, SCM, and IT teams to design BI Publisher reports and implement approval workflows, while supporting period-close activities. Strong communication with business users is essential.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud experience with at least one full-cycle implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Customer Master, Supplier Master, and Organization/Item Master setups.
• Experience configuring Order Management and Order Orchestration (DOO).
• Hands-on experience building BIP reports and data models.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain core master data (Trading Community Architecture, item master, inventory structures).

• Design, build, and maintain BI Publisher reports and data models for reporting needs.

# Oracle Fusion Consultant Job Description Options

**Job Title:** Oracle Fusion Cloud Consultant (SCM & Finance) 4-8 Years

**About the role**

We're looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud consultant to own the configuration, support, and continuous improvement of our Fusion SCM and Finance modules. You'll work directly with business stakeholders to translate process requirements into Fusion configuration, reporting, and automation spanning master data, order-to-cash, inventory, and record-to-report.

**Key responsibilities**

• Configure and maintain core master data: customer and supplier master (Trading Community Architecture), item master, and inventory/organization structures (business units, legal entities, inventory orgs).
• Configure and support Order Management, including order capture, pricing, fulfillment, and Order Orchestration (DOO) flows across multiple order types and sourcing rules.
• Design, build, and maintain BI Publisher (BIP) reports and data models to meet operational and management reporting needs.
• Configure approval hierarchies and automation workflows (BPM/Process Automation, notifications, and integration touchpoints) to streamline approvals and exception handling.
• Manage inventory transactions and setups: receiving, transfers, cycle counts, min-max planning, and reconciliation.
• Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable invoice processing, matching, and exception resolution.
• Maintain Subledger Accounting rules and support period-close activities, journal review, and GL reconciliation.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate fixes with Oracle Support (SRs) when needed.
• Document configurations, test scripts, and process flows; support UAT and end-user training.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, Supply Chain, IT) to scope enhancements and evaluate quarterly Oracle updates for impact.

**Required skills & experience**

• 4-8 years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud experience, including at least one full-cycle implementation or major rollout.
• Strong working knowledge of Customer Master, Supplier Master, and Organization/Item Master setups.
• Proven experience configuring Order Management and Order Orchestration (DOO).
• Hands-on experience building BIP reports (RTF/Excel templates, data models, bursting).
• Experience configuring workflow automation and approval rules within Fusion (BPM Worklist / Process Automation) or via Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Solid understanding of Inventory Management transactions and setups.
• Experience with AP/AR invoice processing and Subledger Accounting / GL.
• Familiarity with Fusion Setup and Maintenance, security roles, and functional testing.
• Strong communication skills; comfortable working directly with business users, not just other IT staff.

**Nice to have**

• Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for integrations.
• Experience with Oracle's quarterly release testing/impact assessment process.
• Prior consulting or client-facing implementation experience.
