Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant to support a large‑scale transformation initiative. The role involves implementing and optimizing Oracle costing for clinical operations and requires strong technical expertise in product configuration and pricing workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• An Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant for Order Management (OM), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Collections is a specialist responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and supporting technical solutions within these modules to meet specific business needs.
• The role is a blend of technical expertise and a good understanding of the Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) business flow.
• Design, develop, and unit test custom reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions (RICE components) using the Oracle Fusion technology stack.
• Develop reports using Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP), Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), and Financial Reporting Studio (FRS) to provide business insights for AP, purchasing, and planning activities.
• Provide technical expertise for system enhancements and issue resolutions, performing initial diagnosis and troubleshooting of production issues and coordinating with Oracle Support when necessary.
• Manage data migration activities (e.g., suppliers, purchase orders, open balances) using tools like FBDI and HDL (HCM Data Loader).
• Create and maintain technical design documents, test scripts, and perform various levels of testing (unit, system integration, etc.) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.

Required Skills

Technical (Mandatory)

• In‑depth knowledge of the Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) lifecycle, which encompasses Order Management, Accounts Receivable, and Collections processes.
• Understanding of specific configurations and functionalities within the OM, AR, and Collections modules (e.g., billing, cash application, collections strategies, credit management).
• Strong experience in SQL, PL/SQL, and potentially Groovy scripting or Java.
• Good understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud architecture and security set‑up.
• Proficiency with SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI, FBDI, ADFDi.
• Experience with REST/SOAP web services and APIs.
• Configuration of ERP modules, gap analysis, business process mapping, and user training.
• Oracle Fusion Technical expertise.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or manufacturing domains.
• Familiarity with integration flows from CPQ to MRP/ERP systems.
