Job summary

Tekskills in Bengaluru invites an experienced Oracle Financials Functional Consultant to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of GL, AP and FA within Oracle EBS R12.

You will collaborate with finance stakeholders to gather requirements, perform gap analyses, and map processes to scalable solutions while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong internal controls. Prior experience in Banking/FS is preferred.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of hands‑on Oracle Financials experience with GL, AP, FA.
• Experience in banking and FS domain.
• Experience with full-cycle implementations, upgrades, and post-production support.
• Ability to write functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams.
• Strong accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with Oracle EBS R12.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, working closely with technical teams and end-users.
• Develop functional specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions (RICE components).
• Conduct user training, prepare documentation, and provide ongoing support to finance teams.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with financial regulations and audit requirements.
