Job summary

Qualcomm India Private Limited is seeking an experienced QA Engineer to design and participate in QA strategy, test planning, automation, and release readiness for Oracle ERP/Fusion and Salesforce platforms.

You will lead end-to-end testing across Finance, Supply Chain, Lead-to-Cash, and Billing, manage integrations, CI/CD gates, RCA, and defect lifecycle, and collaborate with global teams. Strong skills in JIRA/ALM, Confluence, Selenium, Java/Apex, and AI-driven testing are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of QA/testing experience with enterprise applications in Oracle ERP/Fusion and/or Salesforce.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion module — SCM Cloud, Financials and Revenue Management.
• Experience testing Salesforce CRM- Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud Advanced and related integrations.
• Strong knowledge of SIT, E2E, UAT, and regression testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in JIRA/ALM for defect management and Confluence for documentation.
• Experience in Agile/SAFe delivery environments with cross-functional, globally distributed teams.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior experience in Lead-to-Cash (Q2C).
• Experience with Integration Technologies - REST API, OIC, SOAP, AWS, Boomi.
• Experience leveraging Generative AI, Copilots, LLMs, and AI-driven automation for test case generation, requirement analysis, defect prediction, RCA, regression optimization, and QA productivity improvements across Oracle ERP/Fusion and Salesforce ecosystems.
• Experience in automating tests using Selenium, Java and/or Apex code.

Responsibilities

• Design & Participate in QA strategy, test planning, execution, automation, and release readiness for Oracle ERP/Fusion and Salesforce platforms.
• Author and execute functional and integration test cases covering cross-system flows.
• Drive end-to-end testing across Finance, Supply Chain, Lead-to-Cash, Salesforce Sales Cloud, RCA, and Billing processes.
• Manage integration, API, data migration, regression, and system testing across enterprise applications.
• Lead test automation initiatives, CI/CD quality gates, defect management, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Partner with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and leadership to ensure high‑quality solution delivery and production stability.
• Maintain QA documentation in Confluence and JIRA; support UAT coordination with business stakeholders.
• Log, triage, and manage defects through full lifecycle in JIRA; ALM conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and facilitate defect triage meetings.
• Maintain RACI matrices and Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM) for all QA activities.
• Provide weekly test status reporting on execution progress, defect metrics, and QA readiness to program leadership.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across board‑in an Agile/SAFe delivery model.
• Ability to identify, design, and implement AI‑powered QA solutions while ensuring responsible AI, data security, and governance compliance.
• Experience with Integration Technologies - REST API, OIC, SOAP, AWS, Boomi.
