Grant Thornton INDUS is seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Planning Architect to lead design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle EPM Planning solutions. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable, high‑performing planning applications.

The role requires expertise in PBCS/EPBCS, data models, Groovy, and end‑to‑end delivery across Dev/Test/Prod with strong emphasis on performance, security, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree with a minimum of 2–4 years of relevant experience in business intelligence or operations.
• 10–12 years of overall experience in Oracle EPM planning environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design of Oracle EPM Planning / PBCS / EPBCS solutions.
• Define application frameworks including dimensions, hierarchies, and data models.
• Design and implement business rules, Groovy scripts, and calculations.
• Drive end‑to‑end implementation from requirements through deployment.
• Architect data integrations using Data Management, Data Exchange, and EPM Automate.
• Ensure performance optimization and scalability across applications.
• Define security models (users, roles, access controls).
• Collaborate with finance and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Lead migration activities (Dev/Test/Prod) and manage release cycles.
• Provide guidance on Smart View, reporting, and dashboards.
• Mentor junior team members and review deliverables.

• Architect and oversee data integrations using Data Management, Data Exchange, and EPM Automate
• Ensure performance optimization, scalability, and best practices across applications.
• Define and implement security models (users, roles, access controls).
• Collaborate with finance and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Lead migration activities (Dev/Test/Prod) and manage release cycles.
• Provide guidance on Smart View, reporting, and dashboards.
• Mentor junior team members and review deliverables.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other EPM modules (FCCS, ARCS, PCMCS)
• Knowledge of REST APIs and automation
• Exposure to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
• Experience in managed services / support models
