Job summary

State Street in Hyderabad seeks a senior Oracle EPM Consultant with 10+ years in delivering EPM projects, strong FCCS expertise, and experience with Multi-GAAP, intercompany eliminations, and consolidations. You will design configurations, business rules, forms, ownership and user management, and integrate CDM.

The role requires SQL scripting, SmartView proficiency, and the ability to work with global teams, support implementations, and go-live preparations.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in managing and delivering Oracle EPM projects.
• Extensive technical and functional expertise in FCCS implementation.
• Expert in Multi-GAAP, intercompany eliminations, allocations and consolidation concepts.
• Proficient in FCCS configurations, business rules, reports development, forms design, Ownership Management and User Management.
• Proficient in designing integrations using CDM (Cloud Data Management).
• Ability to work in high pressure environment with strong process control.
• Analytical on current systems to identify enhancements or modifications as needed.
• Strong understanding of finance processes with EPM modules FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS, PCMCS.
• Experience with ARCS, EDMCS and PCMCS implementations.
• Strong SQL scripting and SmartView experience.
• Minimum 2 years of support experience on top of implementation experience.
• Team player with positive attitude and ability to work with global teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks; collaborate with internal and external teams.

• Should demonstrate extensive technical and functional expertise in implementation of FCCS
• Expert in design, implementation and understanding of Multi-GAAP, Intercompany Eliminations, Allocations and consolidation concepts
• Expert in (but not limited to) FCCS configurations, business rules , reports development, form design, Ownership Management and User Management
• Should be able to work in high pressure environment with excellent process control driven methods
• Should be able to analyze current systems and recognize the need for system enhancements or modifications as necessary
• Strong understanding of all Finance business processes supported by out of the box capabilities of EPM Modules – FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS and PCMCS
• Should have experience in Implementation of other EPM Products - ARCS, EDMCS and PCMCS
• Must be good at writing SQL scripts and working with SmartView
• Minimum 2 years of support experience on top of implementation experience is preferred
• Goes without saying the candidate has to be a team player with very good attitude and experience working with Global teams

• Financial Services and Consulting experience with large accounting firms is highly desired
• Desired experience with Go-live preparation, cut-over and hyper care support
