Job summary

State Street in Hyderabad seeks a senior Oracle ERP/Cloud Financials lead to guide implementation projects across Order to Cash, Procure to Pay and GL. You will work with global teams to analyze requirements, design configurations and drive go‑live activities.

Strong leadership and 15+ years of experience are required for this role in a dynamic financial services environment. You will coordinate across finance processes, ensure successful deployments, and provide post‑go‑live support while

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience with Oracle ERP EBS and Cloud
• Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud
• Excellent Knowledge of Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, iExpense, AR, CM, GL and related processes
• Lead experience in Fusion Financials Cloud implementations (7–8+ years) for large financial services clients
• Ability to guide Business through all phases of Oracle Cloud Financials implementations
• Experience in requirements gathering, data analysis and design for financial modules
• Strong leadership, team management and cross‑functional collaboration skills
• Bachelor/Master in Accounting or Finance preferred; accounting background beneficial
• Team player with global collaboration experience

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Cloud Financials implementations and Fusion configurations.
• Drive business requirements workshops and solution design for financial modules.
• Ensure go‑live readiness, data migration, cutover and hyper care support.
• Collaborate with global teams to align business processes with best practices.

• Manage project scope, timelines and stakeholder expectations.

Experience & Skills Required

• 15+ years of experience in Oracle ERP EBS and Cloud.
• In depth understanding of Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud
• Excellent Functional Knowledge of Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, iExpense, AR, CM, GL and Accounting and Process Flows.
• Solid Implementation experience of Fusion Financials Cloud ((7 to 8 years or more in Cloud, preferably in a lead role) of Fusion Financials Cloud (preferably for a large financial services company).
• Need focus on guiding and assisting Business through all phases of an Oracle Cloud Financials Implementation.
• Analyze current systems and data to identify new requirements, recognizing the need of system enhancements or modifications if necessary.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
• Senior enough to be able to independently handle Business expectations.
• Gather business requirements through business process workshops.
• Analysis, design, configure and development solutions for Oracle Financial Applications.
• Go-live preparation and cut-over and hyper care support.
• Prior experience leading or managing projects.
• Configure the financial modules to align with Business processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• 1 to 2 years of support experience on top of implementation experience is preferred but not required.
• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance along with real life Accounting Experience is preferred but not required.
• Goes without saying the candidate has to be a team player with very good attitude and experience working with Global teams.
