Job summary

HTC Global Services seeks an Oracle FCCS Consultant to drive transformation of our clients' financial consolidation and close processes. You will apply your expertise to streamline operations, improve accuracy, and ensure compliance, enabling efficiency and strategic growth.

The role requires hands-on experience with Oracle EPM FCCS, ESSBASE, budgeting and forecasting, and the ability to work independently in a remote offshore environment while communicating effectively with clients.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of Oracle EPM experience including FCCS, FMS and ODD.
• End-to-end EPM implementations with ESSBASE/FCCS.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Ability to work independently in a remote offshore environment and communicate with clients.

Responsibilities

Connects - We are seeking an Oracle FCCS Consultant. As an Oracle FCCS Consultant you will play a pivotal role in transforming our clients' financial consolidation and close processes. Your expertise will help streamline operations, enhance accuracy, and ensure compliance, ultimately driving efficiency and strategic growth.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of relevant experience in Oracle EPM – FCCS, FMS and ODD
• Should have worked on end-to-end EPM - ESSBASE / FCCS implementations
• Assist with financial planning activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Experience in configuring and supporting the ESSBASE analytics and FCCS application
• Integration of PBCS with Fusion ERP.
• Independently write Business rules.
• Implement Custom Oracle EPM applications.
• Able to handle UAT and Go-Live, Hypercare Support.
• Should be able to work on integrations and automations.
• Knowledge on Groovy scripting and process automations is a plus

Requirements

• Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Extensive experience in working with Oracle EPM and FP&A processes.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, offshore environment.
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable talking to the client, conducting demos
