• Experience with Oracle Fusion CX Technical and Functional part which includes Basic Oracle Fusion CX System setups, configurations, schedule processes, Account, Contact, Adaptive search, Workspace configuration, Business Plan. Activities, territory management, Incident Management, Customer Data Management, Custom object management, Import Management, Metadata manager, Email Notifications, Structure, Appearance, Page Composer, and BPM workflows etc.,
• Expertise in Redwood Service, Redwood CX Mobile, and Redwood CX Outlook plugin.
• Expertise in DCS (Digital Customer Service), VBCS
• Expertise in Oracle BI Reports, Dashboards, and report schedules.
• Adherence to RCA and incident tracking frameworks.
• Proven experience in application support and issue resolution

Good to Have Skills

• Familiarity with BI tools.
• Light scripting experience (Groovy or MSQL).
• Experience in the travel or cruise domain.
