Job summary

Infosys is seeking an Oracle EBS WMS Consultant in Bengaluru to implement and optimize WMS within Oracle EBS R12. You will work on Shipping, WMS, Inventory, and MSCA modules, and collaborate on end-to-end processes from order to cash to procure to pay.

You will lead Scrum ceremonies, coordinate with Product Owner and stakeholders, and design solutions that integrate 3PL and ERP components while improving team productivity.

Qualifications

• Strong functional and application knowledge in Oracle EBS R12 modules including Shipping, MSCA, WMS and Inventory.
• Hands-on implementation experience of Oracle EBS R12 WMS functions (Picking, Put-away, Task Management, Barcodes).
• Experience designing complex solutions integrating 3rd party WMS, Transportation Management, and EDI with Oracle EBS.
• Knowledge of end-to-end Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Master data management processes is essential.
• Familiarity with Scrum ceremonies and Agile engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Review and Retrospective.
• Ensure clear communication between team, Product Owner and stakeholders.
• Support Product Owner with backlog prioritization and refinement.
• Drive process improvements to enhance team productivity and project outcomes.

Oracle EBS WMS Consultant

• Should have strong Functional and Application knowledge, in Oracle EBS R12 Modules - Shipping, MSCA, WMS, and Inventory modules.
• Should have hands on implementation experience of Oracle EBS R12 WMS functions like Picking, Put-away, Task Management Cross docking, Barcode label printing, hand-held devices / scanners, 3PL
• Should have experience of designing and delivering complex custom solutions in highly integrated applications like integrating 3rd Party WMS, Transportation Management, Trade Compliance and excise applications, Weights & Dimensions, EDI with Oracle EBS
• Knowledge on Transportation Management, PDH/PIM, SCP modules will be an added advantage
• Knowledge on end-to-end processes Order to Cash, Procure Pay, Master data management, Intercompany processes is a must
• Should be able to facilitate the Scrum process/ceremonies seamlessly: This includes conducting Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Host Daily Standup, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
• Should be able to facilitates collaboration and communication between team players and leadership to ensure a successful project outcome.
• Should be aware of Scrum principles and Agile engineering practices
• Facilitate communication: Responsible for ensuring that there is clear communication between the team, the Product Owner, and any other stakeholders.
• Assist Product Owner with the Product Backlog prioritization.
• Implementing process changes and steps to improve team’s productivity.
