Job summary

Pressurejet Systems seeks an Oracle EBS reporting and customization specialist to develop financial, inventory, procurement, and manufacturing reports using BI Publisher, Oracle Reports, XML Publisher, and OTBI. You will craft complex SQL/PL-SQL queries, perform forms personalization with AME, and implement workflows within Oracle EBS.

You will also support patches, upgrades, and data migrations, while collaborating with finance, procurement, and SCM teams to ensure compliant, accurate reporting

Qualifications

• Oracle certifications in Oracle EBS, PL/SQL or related technologies preferred.
• Experience with BI Publisher, Oracle Reports, XML Publisher and OTBI.
• Strong SQL/PL-SQL coding and database querying skills.
• Familiarity with Oracle Forms Personalization and AME workflows.

Responsibilities

1. Key Responsibilities

A. Technical Responsibilities (Primary Focus)

1. Custom Reports Development C Maintenance

• Develop custom reports using Oracle Reports, BI Publisher, XML Publisher, and OTBI.
• Write complex SQL and PL/SQL queries to extract relevant data for reporting.
• Maintain reports related to finance, inventory, procurement and manufacturing.

2. Application Personalization C Extensions

• Perform Oracle Forms Personalization to modify standard Oracle forms without customization.
• Implement custom workflows, alerts, and approvals using AME (Approval Management Engine).

3. Custom Development C Enhancements

• Develop custom PL/SQL scripts, concurrent programs, and workflows.
• Automate reports and workflows to reduce manual efforts.

4. Technical Support C Troubleshooting

• Debug Oracle Reports, PL/SQL scripts, and concurrent programs.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and system errors.
• Provide technical support for system upgrades, patches, and data migration.

B. Functional Responsibilities (Support C Collaboration)

1. Business Process Understanding C Support

• Work closely with finance, procurement, and SCM teams to ensure accurate reporting.
• Ensure ERP compliance with Indian tax laws (GST, TDS, TCS).

2. User Support C Documentation

• Provide technical training to users on reports and processes.
• Maintain technical documentation, system logs, and change requests.

3. System Upgrade C Patch Management

• Support Oracle EBS patches, cloning, and upgrades.
• Work with DBAs for performance optimization and system monitoring.

2. Required Skills s Qualifications

A. Educational C Professional Background

• Oracle certifications in Oracle EBS, PL/SQL, or related technologies will be preferred.

B. Technical Expertise (Key Focus Areas)

• Custom Reports Development: BI Publisher, Oracle Reports, XML Publisher, OTBI.
• SQL C PL/SQL Programming: Writing efficient queries, stored procedures, and triggers.
• Oracle Forms Personalization C Workflows: OAF, AME, Oracle Workflow Builder.
• Performance Optimization C Debugging: SQL tuning, troubleshooting reports.
• Security C User Roles: Oracle EBS Role-based access control.

C. Functional Knowledge (Support Role)

• Basic understanding of Oracle EBS Finance (AP, AR, GL), SCM (Inventory, Procurement, OM) and Discrete module.
• Awareness of Indian tax compliance (GST, TDS, TCS) in Oracle ERP.
• Knowledge of ERP business processes and best practices.
