Job summary

Ample Success HR is seeking an Oracle EBS SCM Techno-Functional Offshore Lead with 10+ years of experience to manage end-to-end incident resolution, production support, and major incident management across Oracle SCM applications.

You will handle functional and technical SCM processes, triage issues, perform RCA, and lead critical incident calls. Strong integration skills (XML/JSON, API), Oracle architecture, and ITIL/SOX knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Oracle EBS SCM domain expertise required.
• Experience in end-to-end incident resolution and major incident management.
• Strong integration and interface troubleshooting skills.
• ITIL-based processes and SOX compliance awareness.
• Exposure to cross-functional SCM-finance support.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for SCM processes.
• Triaging issues and conducting RCAs.
• Manage P1/P2 incidents and bridge calls.
• Troubleshoot integrations and interfaces.
• Support production stability and continuity.
