Job summary

Rapsys Technologies Pte Ltd. in Mumbai is seeking an Oracle EBS R12 Functional Consultant to analyze requirements, configure modules, and support users. You will work closely with stakeholders to deliver tax transformation and efficient business processes from EBS R12 implementations.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of hands-on experience, strong AR/AP knowledge, and exposure to P2P/O2C cycles, with excellent communication and analytical skills. Flexible office and remote work options available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience in end-to-end Oracle EBS R12 implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
• Experience with Indian and global clients and e-invoicing.
• Familiarity with P2P and O2C cycles.
• Ability to prepare BRDs and Functional Specs and test systems.
• Good communication and analytical skills.

• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user support
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective resolutions
• Collaborate with technical teams for seamless integration
• Prepare documentation for processes and configurations

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end Oracle EBS R12 implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
• Experience working with Indian and global clients.
• Experience implementing e-invoicing solutions for Indian and global clients.
• Familiarity with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycles.
