Tap Growth ai in Mumbai invites an Oracle EBS R12 Functional Consultant to join our team. You will translate business requirements into functional specifications and drive end-to-end EBS configurations.

You will work with stakeholders across Indian and global clients, lead workshops, train users, and ensure smooth integration with technical teams while delivering clear documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on Oracle EBS R12 implementation.
• Strong knowledge of AR and AP.
• Experience with Indian and global clients.
• Experience implementing e-invoicing solutions for Indian and global clients.
• Familiarity with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C).
• Ability to prepare BRDs and FSs and perform system testing.
• Good communication and analytical skills.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Oracle EBS R12 Functional Consultant to join our team in Mumbai. If you have expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) and enjoy solving business challenges, this could be your next career move. What You'll Do:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Configure and implement Oracle EBS R12 modules
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user support
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective resolutions
• Collaborate with technical teams for seamless integration
• Prepare documentation for processes and configurations

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end Oracle EBS R12 implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
• Experience working with Indian and global clients.
• Experience implementing e-invoicing solutions for Indian and global clients.
• Familiarity with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycles.
• Ability to prepare Business Requirement Documents and Functional Specifications and perform system testing.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
