Job summary

Citibank (Switzerland) AG in Pune is seeking a skilled Oracle EBS Procurement Functional Consultant to support the Procure to Pay landscape. You will work across Purchasing, iProcurement, iSupplier and AP modules, performing configuration and enhancements within the Oracle ERP suite.

The role requires 4–6 years of experience in Oracle ERP, strong SQL/PLSQL, and familiarity with Oracle workflows. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and adherence to ITIL processes are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle ERP modules across implementation, support and enhancement projects.
• Hands-on experience in Oracle debugging techniques and problem solving.
• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in Oracle ERP modules.
• Strong knowledge of Procure to Pay suite and Oracle R12.1.3 or higher.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute a wide range of production support activities within Citi’s Source to Pay tech landscape.
• Handle complex production issues, incidents and requests to meet SLAs.
• Prepare Functional Specifications and Design documents; perform system configuration.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate with vendor for fixes.
• Coordinate with Oracle Support for product bugs and data fixes.
• Provide guidance for vendor support team and manage BRDs and migrations.
