Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle R12 Integration Specialist to design, implement, and optimize integrations between Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.1.3) and cloud-based applications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Oracle Financials, API development, and integration frameworks, ensuring seamless data flow and business process alignment across hybrid environments.

Experience - 5-7 years (with 5+ years managing Oracle EBS projects)

Key Responsibilities

• Integration Design & Development: Develop and implement integrations between Oracle R12 modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, Purchasing) and cloud systems using APIs, web services, and middleware tools.


• Configure and maintain Oracle concurrent programs, interfaces, and workflows for integration processes.


• Cloud Integration Expertise: Experience working with SaaS platforms integrated with ERP systems.


• Hands-on experience with Integration Performance Optimization: Fine-tune batch jobs, eFile processes, and integration points for high performance and reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues with minimal business impact.


• Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to Oracle best practices, audit requirements, and data integrity standards. Document integration processes and maintain technical specifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience with Oracle EBS R12 Financials (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM).


• Expertise in PL/SQL, APIs, Web Services (SOAP/REST) , and Oracle integration tools.


• Expertise in 12.1.3 modules.


• Hands-on experience with cloud integration platforms and tax compliance systems.


• Knowledge of middleware tools (Oracle SOA Suite, OIC, or similar).


• Proven ability in performance tuning, troubleshooting, and automation.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Cloud Financials or hybrid Oracle environments.


• Familiarity with integrations and financial reporting processes.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.


• MBA or equivalent is a plus.
