Job summary

First Advantage is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS integration specialist to design and implement connections between Oracle R12 and cloud systems. The role focuses on APIs, SOAP/REST services, and middleware while ensuring data integrity and audit compliance.

You will configure concurrent programs, optimize batch processes, and troubleshoot complex integrations with a focus on reliability and performance for global HR tech solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Oracle EBS R12 Financials (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM).
• Expertise in PL/SQL, APIs, Web Services (SOAP/REST), and Oracle integration tools.
• Hands-on experience with cloud integration platforms and tax compliance systems.
• Knowledge of middleware tools (Oracle SOA Suite, OIC, or similar).
• Proven ability in performance tuning, troubleshooting, and automation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrations between Oracle R12 modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, Purchasing) and cloud systems using APIs, web services, and middleware tools.
• Configure and maintain Oracle concurrent programs, interfaces, and workflows for integration processes.
• Work with cloud platforms (e.g., Oracle Cloud And other SaaS solutions) to enable secure and efficient data exchange.
• Fine-tune batch jobs, eFile processes, and integration points for high performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues with minimal business impact.
• Ensure adherence to Oracle best practices, audit requirements, and data integrity standards.
• Document integration processes and maintain technical specifications.

Experience: 5-7 years (with 5+ years managing Oracle EBS projects)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience with Oracle EBS R12 Financials (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM).
• Expertise in PL/SQL, APIs, Web Services (SOAP/REST), and Oracle integration tools.
• Hands-on experience with cloud integration platforms and tax compliance systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Cloud Financials or hybrid Oracle environments.
• Familiarity with integrations and financial reporting processes.
