Job summary

Ikrux is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Technical Consultant Integrations to design, develop, and support complex integrations between Oracle EBS and internal or external systems. The ideal candidate has 10+ years hands-on experience, strong expertise in EBS, APIs, data migration, and middleware, with a solid understanding of business processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on Oracle EBS technical development.
• 5-7 years focused on system integrations.
• Experience in large enterprise environments with complex integration landscapes.
• Familiarity with cloud or SaaS applications.
• Middleware tools such as OIC, SOA, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar.
• Experience with concurrent programs, workflow/alerts, and XML Publisher/BI Publisher.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support Oracle EBS integration solutions between EBS and third‑party/internal systems.
• Build and maintain integrations using Oracle EBS APIs, Open Interfaces, REST/SOAP, and middleware.
• Develop and enhance RICEFW components (custom programs, reports, interfaces, and extensions).
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and integration designs.
• Define integration architecture, data mappings, error handling, and reconciliation processes.
• Provide production support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Oracle EBS Integration & Development

• Design, develop, and supportintegration solutionsbetween Oracle EBS and third‑party/internal systems.
• Build and maintain integrations using:
• Oracle EBS APIs
• Open Interface Tables
• Web Services (REST/SOAP)
• Middleware platforms(e.g., OIC, SOA, MuleSoft, Informatica)
• Develop and enhancecustom programs, reports, interfaces, and extensions(RICEFW).

Technical Design & Architecture

• Analyze business requirements and translate them intotechnical specificationsand integration designs.
• Define integration architecture, data mappings, error handling, and reconciliation processes.
• Ensure solutions followOracle best practices, performance standards, and security guidelines.

Data Migration & Synchronization

• Design and executedata migration and synchronization strategies.
• Handlehigh-volume data loadsusing SQL*Loader, interfaces, and custom PL/SQL programs.
• Ensure data integrity, validation, and reconciliation across systems.

Support & Troubleshooting

• Provideproduction support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for integration issues.
• Monitor interfaces, identify failures, and implement corrective actions.
• Work closely with functional teams, DBAs, and infrastructure teams for issue resolution.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with functional consultants to align technical designs with business processes.
• Interact with business users, vendors, and external teams for integration requirements and testing.
• Participate in code reviews, technical walkthroughs, and knowledge transfer sessions.

Documentation & Governance

• Create and maintain:
• Technical design documents
• Integration flow diagrams
• Deployment and support documentation
• Comply with change management, release, and governance processes.

Required Technical/ Functional Competencies

Technical Skills

• Strong experience withOracle EBS (R12 preferred).
• Expertise inPL/SQL, SQL, packages, procedures, and performance tuning.
• Hands‑on experience with:
• Oracle EBSAPIs and Open Interfaces
• Inbound and outbound integrations
• XML, JSON, XSD
• Experience integrating Oracle EBS with:
• ERP, WMS, TMS, CRM, or legacy systems

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree inComputer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Oracle certifications are an added advantage.

Experience

• 10+ yearsof experience in Oracle EBS technical development.
• At least5-7 yearsfocused onsystem integrations.
• Experience working inlarge enterprise environmentswith complex integration landscapes.

• Experience withOracle Cloud applicationsand EBS-to-Cloud integrations.
• Knowledge ofEBS upgrades, patches, or migrations.
