Job summary

First Advantage in India is seeking a skilled professional to develop and implement integrations between Oracle R12 modules and cloud systems using APIs and middleware tools. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience with Oracle EBS and cloud integration, along with strong skills in PL/SQL and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities include configuring Oracle processes, ensuring data integrity, and documenting specifications. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, with an MBA preferred.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrations between Oracle R12 modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, Purchasing) and cloud systems using APIs, web services, and middleware tools.
• Configure and maintain Oracle concurrent programs, interfaces, and workflows for integration processes.
• Work with cloud platforms (e.g., Oracle Cloud and other SaaS solutions) to enable secure and efficient data exchange.
• Fine‑tune batch jobs, eFile processes, and integration points for high performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues with minimal business impact.
• Ensure adherence to Oracle best practices, audit requirements, and data integrity standards.
• Document integration processes and maintain technical specifications.

Experience

5–7 years, with at least 5 years managing Oracle EBS projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience with Oracle EBS R12 Financials (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM).
• Expertise in PL/SQL, APIs, Web Services (SOAP/REST), and Oracle integration tools.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud integration platforms and tax compliance systems.
• Knowledge of middleware tools (Oracle SOA Suite, OIC, or similar).
• Proven ability in performance tuning, troubleshooting, and automation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Cloud Financials or hybrid Oracle environments.
• Familiarity with integrations and financial reporting processes.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• MBA or equivalent is a plus.
