Job summary

Cerebra is seeking an Oracle EBS Quality Functional Consultant to design, configure, and support Oracle EBS Quality across receiving, in-process, and final inspection workflows. You will collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and IT to deliver compliant quality processes and lead testing and deployment activities.

• Lead requirements workshops and translate business needs into Oracle EBS Quality designs.
• Produce functional documentation: process flows, FDDs, test scripts, and training materials.
• Lead/execute SIT/UAT testing: test planning, script execution support, defect triage, resolution coordination.
• Support data readiness and conversions: collection plan setup, reference/master data, legacy results migration (if needed).
• Partner with technical teams on interfaces, reports, extensions, and integrations (Oracle Forms/Reports, OAF, PL/SQL, XML Publisher).

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements workshops and translate business needs into Oracle EBS Quality solution designs.
• Configure Oracle EBS Quality, including collection plans, quality results capture, and action/notification rules.
• Design and support end-to-end quality processes: receiving inspection, in-process checks, and final inspection.
• Integrate Quality with related EBS modules (Inventory, Purchasing, Receiving, WIP, BOM, OM, Engineering).
• Produce functional documentation: process flows, configuration workbooks, FDDs, test scripts, and training materials.
• Lead/execute testing (SIT/UAT): test planning, script execution support, defect triage, and resolution coordination.
• Support data readiness and conversions: collection plan setup, reference/master data, and legacy results migration.
• Provide post-go-live support: incident management, root-cause analysis, stabilization, and continuous improvement enhancements.

ROLE : Oracle EBS Quality

Oracle EBS Quality Functional Consultant to design, configure, and support Oracle EBS Quality capabilities across receiving, in-process, and final inspection workflows. This role partners with Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and IT to deliver compliant, efficient quality processes, lead testing and deployment activities, and provide ongoing production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements workshops and translate business needs into Oracle EBS Quality solution designs.
• Configure Oracle EBS Quality, including:
• Collection Plans (elements, prompts, defaults, validation rules)
• Quality Results capture (manual entry, transactions, import)
• Action/notification rules, approvals, and exceptions handling
• Defect codes, reason codes, dispositions, and holds/quarantine processes (as applicable)
• Sampling plan, Skip lot inspection process
• Design and support end-to-end quality processes: receiving inspection, in-process checks, final inspection, and supplier quality.
• Integrate Quality with related EBS modules (as applicable): Inventory, Purchasing, Receiving, Work in Process (WIP), Bills of Material (BOM), Order Management (OM), Engineering.
• Produce functional documentation: process flows, configuration workbooks, functional design documents (FDDs), test scripts, and training materials.
• Lead/execute testing (SIT/UAT): test planning, script execution support, defect triage, and resolution coordination.
