Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of ERP functional analysis experience.

Job Title: ERP Functional Consultant (Oracle Apps SCM or SAP SCM Business Processes)

Experience: 5–6 years

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced ERP Functional Analyst with strong expertise in either of the ERP ecosystem Oracle or SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.

The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience as a functional consultant, with a deep understanding of end-to-end business process flows such as Order‒to‒Invoice and Procure‒to‒Pay cycles. The role also requires exposure to data migration activities, including data mapping and ETL processes, and familiarity with Databricks basics.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and document processes using standard business process models and data flow diagrams.
• Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams to deliver solutions.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 SCM Modules (OM, PO, Pricing, Inventory, Costing).
• Understanding of Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay cycles.
• Exposure to SAP or Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems is a plus.
• Experience in data migration, ETL tools, and data mapping.
• Basic knowledge of Databricks and SQL.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to handle project/client/stakeholders calls independently.

• Experience in Agile methodology and working on Agile projects.
• Ability to guide technical consultants and ensure timely delivery.
