• RMAN backup/restore and recovery knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Oracle DBA team and manage L3 technical support and project deliverables.
• Administer and troubleshoot Oracle databases, RAC, Data Guard, and GoldenGate environments.
• Plan and execute database patching, upgrades, maintenance, and migration activities.
• Ensure database availability, performance, backup, recovery, and DR readiness.
• Handle critical production incidents, RCA, and technical escalations.
• Coordinate with application and infra teams to meet SLAs and timelines.
• Monitor team performance, manage risks, and provide status reports.
• Ensure compliance with change control, security, and procedures.
• Mentor team members and drive automation and continuous improvement.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle DBA L3 Technical Specialist with 7+ years of experience in Oracle database administration, performance tuning, high availability, disaster recovery, and database patching. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on expertise in Oracle RAC, Oracle Data Guard, and Oracle GoldenGate, along with experience handling complex production issues, root cause analysis, and critical database incidents.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring database availability, performance, security, and stability across production and non‑production environments.

Required Technical Skills:

• 7+ years of hands‑on experience in Oracle Database Administration.
• Strong expertise in Oracle RAC and Oracle Clusterware.
• Hands‑on experience with Oracle Data Guard, including switchover and failover.
• Practical experience in Oracle GoldenGate administration and troubleshooting.
• Strong experience in Oracle database and Grid Infrastructure patching.
• Good knowledge of RMAN backup and recovery.
• Experience with Automatic Storage Management (ASM).
• Strong SQL, PL/SQL, and database performance troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of Oracle database architecture, memory management, and wait event analysis.
• Experience with Linux/Unix operating systems and shell scripting.
• Experience with production support, incident management, and change management processes.

Key Responsibilities:
