Job summary

Vrinda International is seeking an experienced Oracle DBA Consultant with strong EBS R12.x administration and database management expertise. The role focuses on patching, cloning, RMAN backups, and performance tuning to ensure system stability in a high‑availability environment.

The candidate will handle EBS environments, manage application tiers, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support migrations and production issues in Chennai.

Qualifications

• Experience with EBS patching, upgrades and cloning.
• Strong RMAN and Data Guard experience.
• Ability to patch and clone EBS environments.
• Experience in performance tuning of Oracle databases.

Responsibilities

• Manage Oracle EBS environments including patching, cloning and upgrades.
• Conduct database backup, recovery, and patching operations.
• Monitor and optimize database performance and resolve production issues.
• Coordinate with functional and technical teams for migrations.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Oracle DBA Consultant with strong hands‑on expertise in Oracle EBS R12.x and Oracle Database administration. The ideal candidate should have experience in database management, patching, cloning, backup/recovery and performance tuning.

• Security, User Access & Audit Compliance
• Install, configure and maintain Oracle EBS environments
• Perform database backup, recovery, patching and cloning
