Quantum Integrators in Nagpur, Maharashtra is seeking an experienced Oracle DBA Administrator to manage Oracle databases across On-Premises and OCI environments, with a focus on RAC, Data Guard, RMAN, and Data Pump.

The role requires 10–12 years of hands-on DBA experience, 24x7 support readiness, and strong coordination with stakeholders. This onsite UK-shift position offers challenging enterprise responsibilities and opportunities to work with Exadata Cloud and diverse UNIX/Linux platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on Oracle Database Administration experience.
• Expertise in Oracle RAC, Data Guard, Data Guard Broker, RMAN, and Data Pump.
• Experience with OCI migrations, schema import-export and DR testing.

Responsibilities

• Support 24x7 production databases with on-call rotations.

• Coordinate with stakeholders for DR planning, RTO/RPO, and reporting.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Database Administrator with strong expertise in Oracle databases across On-Premises and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments.

Responsibilities:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Database Administration.
• Strong expertise in Oracle RAC, Data Guard, Data Guard Broker, RMAN, and Data Pump.
• Experience with Oracle database migration, upgrades, cloning, backup/recovery, and DR implementation.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Exadata Cloud environments.
• Experience in OCI database migration, schema/database import-export, character set conversion, user/role management, and privilege administration.
• Strong experience in switchover, switchback, failover, and disaster recovery testing.
• Experience with database patching, including CPU/PSU/PSE and Grid Infrastructure patches.
• Good understanding of database performance monitoring and troubleshooting, including execution plans, statistics, tablespaces, and database health checks.
• Experience supporting large-scale production database environments with 24x7/on-call support.
• Strong exposure to RHEL, OEL, Solaris, AIX, HP-UX, and Windows environments.
• Experience in DR planning, RTO/RPO, recovery testing, stakeholder coordination, and production support.
• Good client communication, incident management, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Oracle/OCI certifications will be an added advantage.
