Job summary

Teliolabs Communication is seeking an experienced Oracle Database Administrator for Hyderabad to manage large-scale enterprise environments. The role requires hands-on expertise in RAC, RMAN, performance tuning, and middleware tooling, with strong customer-facing communication and the ability to work in 24x7 production settings.

Candidates should have 9+ years in Oracle DBA, a degree in CS/IT, and OCI experience (mandatory for IDC roles).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 9+ years of experience in Oracle Database Administration.
• 2+ years of experience supporting OCI (mandatory for IDC roles).
• Exposure to AWS in hybrid environments is preferred.
• Solid Unix/Linux administration and shell scripting skills.
• Experience working in IMS / Managed Services delivery models.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and operational governance.
• Exposure to middleware technologies (WebLogic, SOA, GoldenGate) is an advantage.
• Strong customer-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in 24x7 production environments and handle critical situations effectively.
