Job summary

Purview Services is seeking an experienced Oracle CX Order Management Cloud specialist to implement and configure solutions for complex O2C processes in a Chandigarh-based environment. The role requires collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless integration and successful production deployment.

Responsibilities include requirement gathering, design, documentation, and testing, along with troubleshooting and optimization of order management workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing Oracle CX Order Management Cloud solutions.
• Expertise in order capture, orchestration, fulfillment and invoicing.
• Experience with data migration, UAT, and production deployment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of OM extensions using Visual Builder Studio (VBS).

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and configure Oracle CX Order Management Cloud solutions to meet business requirements.

Work on Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, including order capture, orchestration, fulfillment, and invoicing.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Supply Chain) to ensure seamless integration.

Perform requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design.

Develop and maintain functional documentation, test scripts, and training materials.

Support data migration, UAT, and production deployment.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to order management workflows.

Required Skills:

Strong expertise in Oracle CX Order Management Cloud modules.

Hands-on experience with Order Orchestration, Pricing, and Integration with ERP.

Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs for Oracle CX integrations.

Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Applications and related modules (Inventory, Shipping, Billing).

Ability to work on complex configurations and customizations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills :

Experience with Oracle CPQ, OIC

Understanding of OM extensions using Visual Builder Studio (VBS).
