Job summary

Purview Services in India seeks an Oracle CX Order Management Cloud specialist to implement, configure and optimize O2C processes for our clients.

You will collaborate with Sales, Finance and Supply Chain, design solutions, migrate data, support UAT and production deployments, and develop supporting docs.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Oracle CX Order Management Cloud modules.
• Hands-on experience with Order Orchestration, Pricing, and ERP integration.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs for Oracle CX integrations.
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Applications and modules (Inventory, Shipping, Billing).
• Ability to work on complex configurations and customizations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle Order-to-Cash processes including order capture, orchestration, fulfillment and invoicing.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in order management workflows.

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and configure Oracle CX Order Management Cloud solutions to meet business requirements.

Work on Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, including order capture, orchestration, fulfillment, and invoicing.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Supply Chain) to ensure seamless integration.

Perform requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design.

Develop and maintain functional documentation, test scripts, and training materials.

Support data migration, UAT, and production deployment.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to order management workflows.

Required Skills:

Strong expertise in Oracle CX Order Management Cloud modules.
