Job summary

Purview Services in India is seeking an experienced Oracle CX Order Management specialist to implement and configure CX Order Management Cloud solutions. You will work on Order-to-Cash processes, including order capture, orchestration, fulfillment, and invoicing, collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain.

The role requires hands-on expertise in Oracle CX Order Management modules, REST/SOAP APIs for integrations, and knowledge of Oracle Fusion Applications.

Qualifications

• Implement and configure Oracle CX Order Management Cloud solutions to meet business requirements.
• Work on Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, including order capture, orchestration, fulfillment, and invoicing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Supply Chain) to ensure seamless integration.
• Perform requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design.
• Develop and maintain functional documentation, test scripts, and training materials.
• Support data migration, UAT, and production deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to order management workflows.
• Preferred skills include Oracle CPQ, OIC and VBS understanding.

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and configure Oracle CX Order Management Cloud solutions to meet business requirements.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to order management workflows.

Required Skills:

Strong expertise in Oracle CX Order Management Cloud modules.

Hands-on experience with Order Orchestration, Pricing, and Integration with ERP.

Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs for Oracle CX integrations.

Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Applications and related modules (Inventory, Shipping, Billing).

Ability to work on complex configurations and customizations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills :

Experience with Oracle CPQ, OIC

Understanding of OM extensions using Visual Builder Studio (VBS).
