Role Summary

We are seeking an Oracle CRM Consultant with hands‑on expertise in Oracle Depot Repair, Oracle Teleservices, and Oracle Service Contracts. The ideal candidate should have strong experience supporting global clients in AMS/Managed Services environments, with the ability to handle complex service flows, issue resolution, and enhancement requests across both EBS and Cloud service modules.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in Oracle CRM Service modules.
• Oracle Teleservices
• Oracle Service Contracts
• Good understanding of end-to-end Service Flows: Warranty & Contract Entitlements, RMA and Return Flows, Repair Execution and Depot Logistics, Charges and Billing through AR
• Working knowledge of related modules.
• Experience in AMS/Managed Services with ticket-based delivery.
• Ability to perform data validations using basic SQL.
• Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira).

Nice‑to‑Have Skills

• Exposure to Oracle Field Service (EBS or Cloud).
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Service modules (Service Logistics, Service Contracts Cloud).
• Understanding of APIs, workflows, and extensions.
• Experience in global support models (24x7, hybrid teams).
• Oracle certification in CRM/Service modules (preferred).
• ITIL v3/V4 certification
