Qualifications

Role Description

The Oracle ERP Functional Consultant role is a full-time hybrid position with flexibility for partial work from home. The consultant will analyze business processes, gather requirements, and map them to Oracle ERP functionalities to design effective solutions. Daily responsibilities include configuring and testing Oracle ERP modules, supporting end-to-end ERP implementations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as finance, operations, and IT. The role also involves preparing functional documentation, conducting user training, resolving system issues, and providing ongoing post-implementation support. The consultant is expected to engage with clients, recommend process improvements, and ensure that solutions align with business objectives and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• total 8+ experience in Oracle ERP
• Strong understanding of Business Process design, optimization, and documentation, with the ability to translate business needs into functional Oracle ERP solutions.
• Proficient Analytical Skills to interpret data, troubleshoot functional issues, and support decision-making across ERP-related initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with ERP Implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and user acceptance support.
• Deep knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) concepts and Oracle ERP modules, preferably in finance and related functional areas.
• Finance domain exposure or experience working with finance teams, including understanding of core financial processes such as GL, AP, AR, and budgeting.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field; relevant Oracle ERP certifications are an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with stakeholders at different levels.
• Strong communication and documentation skills, with a customer-focused approach and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
