Job summary

BlitzenX is looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud SCM Consultant / Architect to assess current-state business processes, define future-state architecture, and design/configure Oracle Cloud SCM solutions across Procurement, AP, AR, Inventory, and Costing, including integrations with enterprise and third-party systems.

The ideal candidate will possess strong functional and solution architecture expertise and will play a key role in Oracle Cloud transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Oracle SCM implementation/architecture experience.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM cloud modules: Procurement, AP, AR, Inventory, Costing.
• Strong Oracle Cloud integrations experience with OIC and REST/SOAP.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Business Transformation

• Assess and document current-state business processes, configurations, integrations, and data flows.
• Define future-state Oracle Cloud SCM architecture and implementation roadmap.
• Lead fit-gap workshops and provide strategic solution recommendations.
• Design end-to-end Oracle Cloud SCM solutions across Procurement, AP, AR, Inventory, and Costing.

Functional Configuration & Implementation

• Configure Oracle SCM Cloud modules based on business requirements.
• Ensure accurate costing and financial flows between Inventory, Costing, AP, AR, and GL.
• Lead solution validation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support activities.
• Drive Oracle Cloud SCM best practices and process standardization.

Integration Architecture

• Own integration architecture with enterprise systems including:
  • Banking & Payment Systems
  • Tax Engines
  • EDI/B2B Platforms
  • 3PL/WMS Solutions
  • CRM Applications
  • E-Commerce Platforms
  • Analytics Platforms
  • Master Data Management (MDM) Systems
• Design and support integrations using:
  • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • REST APIs

Governance & Support

• Define reconciliation processes, data-quality standards, and error-handling mechanisms.
• Establish architecture and integration governance standards.
• Prepare architecture documents, solution designs, and technical specifications.
• Support Oracle quarterly upgrades, release validations, and production issue resolution.
• Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to ensure project success.

Required Qualifications

• 10 to 15 years of Oracle implementation and architecture experience.
• Extensive experience in Oracle Fusion SCM / Oracle Cloud SCM implementations.
• Deep expertise in at least three of the following modules:
  • Procurement
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Inventory
  • Costing
• Working knowledge across all five modules.
• Strong experience with Oracle Cloud integrations and OIC.
• Hands‑on experience with REST APIs, SOAP Services, FBDI, and ADFdi.
• Proven experience leading solution architecture, process transformation, and enterprise integration initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud Certifications.
• Experience leading large-scale Oracle Cloud transformation programs.
• Exposure to Manufacturing, Retail, Supply Chain, or Distribution domains.
• Experience in global Oracle Cloud implementations.

Important Eligibility Criteria

• 10+ years of Oracle SCM implementation/architecture experience
• Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud SCM, Procurement, Inventory, and Costing
• Working knowledge of AP and AR modules
• Experience with Oracle Cloud integrations (OIC, REST, SOAP, FBDI)
• Proven experience in solution architecture and fit-gap analysis
• Available to join immediately or within 15 days maximum
• Compensation expectations within the budget range of ₹15 LPA to ₹20 LPA
• Candidates serving a 30-day or longer notice period will not be considered.
• Candidates with compensation expectations above ₹20 LPA will not be considered.

Selected candidates will be deployed to a client engagement under the client's contractor/vendor model while remaining full-time employees of BlitzenX.
