Job summary

Highbrow Technology Inc in India seeks an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM expert to lead and implement end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud modules including Manufacturing, Cost Management and Inventory Management. You will partner with Finance, Procurement and Quality teams to ensure seamless process integration and accurate costing, while enabling MES shop-floor data exchange.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall SCM/ERP experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Lead and support end-to-end implementation, rollout, and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud Manufacturing, Cost Management, and Inventory Management.
• Strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Manufacturing, Cost Accounting, and Inventory Management.
• Solid understanding of costing methods (Standard, Actual, FIFO/Average), cost rollups, WIP accounting, and variance analysis.
• Minimum 1–2 full-lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations (design through hypercare/go-live support).
• Design and support integration between Oracle Fusion and MES/shop-floor systems (real-time work order status updates, material consumption, quality data exchange, machine/IoT data feeds).
• Working knowledge of MES integration — Oracle Fusion interfaces with shop-floor/MES platforms (work order dispatch, operation transactions, resource/machine data, quality results).
• Exposure to custom development/integration tools: Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), FBDI, REST/SOAP APIs, BI Publisher, OTBI.
• Knowledge of related upstream/downstream modules — Order Management, Procurement, Quality Management, PLM is a plus.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience in onsite-offshore delivery models is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations across manufacturing, cost management, and inventory modules.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Quality, and Order Management teams to ensure seamless process integration.
• Support month-end/period-close activities related to costing and inventory valuation.
• Design integrations with MES/shop-floor systems and ensure real-time data exchange.
