Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Data Conversion Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data migration and conversion within Oracle Cloud environments. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful transfer and transformation of data from legacy systems to Oracle Cloud applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead data conversion projects, including planning, execution, and post-conversion validation.
• Develop and implement data migration strategies and methodologies to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements and mapping specifications.
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, and transformation to prepare data for migration.
• Utilize Oracle Cloud tools and technologies to facilitate data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex data issues during the conversion process.
• Document data conversion processes, mapping documents, and technical specifications.
• Conduct testing and validation of converted data to ensure compliance with business requirements.
• Provide training and support to end-users on data-related processes and tools.
• Stay updated on Oracle Cloud developments and best practices in data management.
