Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Data Migration Specialist for a large-scale transformation programme across PAN INDIA. You will drive data migration strategy, perform legacy data analysis, mapping and transformation, and support production deployments with a hands-on, collaborative approach.

The role involves ensuring secure, accurate migration of HR data from multiple legacy systems into Oracle Fusion HCM and coordinating with business SMEs, Oracle HCM

Qualifications

• 5 to 12 years of experience in Oracle HCM data migration or related ERP data migration roles.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM data structures, mapping, and transformation patterns.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end data migration activities including data analysis, mapping, transformation, mock conversions, reconciliation, and production data loads across multiple Oracle HCM modules.
• Work with business SMEs, Oracle HCM consultants, integration teams, testing teams, and programme leadership to ensure high-quality migration outcomes for HR data used in US & UK operations.
• Migrate legacy HR, workforce, recruiting, absence, learning and related employee data into Oracle HCM Cloud.

Job Description:

• Play a critical role in a large-scale Oracle HCM Cloud transformation programme, ensuring accurate, secure, and timely migration of HR data from multiple legacy platforms into Oracle Fusion HCM.


• End-to-end data migration activities including data analysis, mapping, transformation, mock conversions, reconciliation, and production data loads across multiple Oracle HCM modules.


• Work closely with business SMEs, Oracle HCM consultants, integration teams, testing teams, and programme leadership to deliver high-quality migration outcomes supporting critical HR operations in US & UK.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Data Migration Specialist to support a large-scale Oracle Fusion HCM implementation programme.

This is a hands‑on individual contributor role responsible for data migration strategy execution, legacy data analysis, data mapping, transformation, migration development, mock conversions, validation, reconciliation, and production deployment support.

The successful candidate will act as the HCM migration specialist, working closely with functional, technical and business teams to ensure legacy HR, workforce, recruiting, absence, learning and related employee data is successfully migrated into Oracle HCM Cloud.
