Responsibilities

A day in the life of an Infoscion

• As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight.
• You will develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise.
• You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design.
• You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization’s financial guidelines.
• Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to customers. Additional Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design and blueprinting of Oracle B2C Service Cloud solutions, aligning with business objectives, industry best practices, and future scalability.
• Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications and solution designs.
• Design and implement end-to-end solutions, encompassing self-service portals, agent desktops, knowledge management, and integration points.
• Provide expert guidance on leveraging Oracle B2C Service Cloud features like Job Scheduler, Element Manager, Data Sync, and External Objects.
• Stay current with the latest Oracle B2C Service Cloud features, enhancements, and roadmap, ensuring the integration of new functionalities.

Technical and Professional Requirements

• 5-15 years of progressive experience in Oracle B2C Service Cloud (RightNow CX) implementation, development, customization, and support.
• Deep understanding of Oracle B2C Service Cloud architecture, data model, configuration, and customization capabilities.
• Proven expertise in developing Custom Scripts, Custom Processes, BUI Extensions/Add-Ins, Business Rules, and Workspaces.
• Strong experience with REST APIs for integrating Oracle B2C Service Cloud with other systems.
• Proficiency in PHP, .NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, ROQL, and ConnectPHP.
• Experience with middleware/integration platforms such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Familiarity with Oracle B2C features like Job Scheduler, Element Manager, Data Sync, and External Objects.
• Strong knowledge of database concepts and proficiency in SQL.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Oracle B2C Service Cloud certifications are a significant plus.
