Our IS&T (Information Services and Technology) department provides all the required technology and operational support services to run our business here in BMC! We have over 200 servers on premises to support production, disaster recovery, databases, applications and over 1000 servers in Lab environment. IS&T is transformational not only for BMC Helix but also for the customer experience, because we give a 360 degrees view to the customer about the products they should know, opportunities in the pipeline, and any service issues outstanding with the customer. We use cutting-edge technologies to manage BMC helix infrastructure and showcase it to the customers – program is called BMC Helix on BMC Helix!

We are Oracle Practice team, responsible for development for & around Oracle EBS modules. Footprint includes Account-to-Close modules – Fixed Assets, Oracle Projects, General Ledger & customizations to support BMC processes; Procure-to-Pay – Purchasing, iExpense, Payables, Localizations & customizations to support BMC processes; Hire-to-Retire – OHR, ADP Payroll, Taleo, Career Management & customizations to support BMC processes; Treasury – IT2 & Informatica B2B for bank payment processing; GRC & audit applications; Custom Order Management – OM, Receivables, Commissions etc. We are already upgraded to Oracle R12.2.3 and are working on key projects to enhance our back office systems. This position will fill in as a key member of the dynamic Oracle development team.

To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:

• 2-5 years of experience working in Oracle technology. 2-5 years of experience in Application Development based in R12 framework. Strong in PL/SQL and SQL Knowledge AI development and AI tools. Development experience in Oracle Forms 10g. Strong development experience using custom and base apps PLL, OLBs Experience in XML Publisher, Oracle Work Flow, AME. Experience in working in a base app module –AP preferred Understanding of integration between multiple modules.
• Strong knowledge for writing / using different APIs for oracle modules.

Whilst these are nice to have, our team can help you develop in the following skills:

• B.Sc. in Computer Science or related field
• Cloud computing skills
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and design principles, including service decomposition, containerization (e.g., Docker), and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes)
